    Sorry for your loss. My life partner battled for most of his life brain tumor , brain cancer as a baby and died with me at home. And I hear you that feelings are all over the map. I have this and this is the forth day James died and he was very miserable. But I miss him dearly and I was with him for eight years. Thanks for letting me know that.

    I've not dealt with my emotions from as a boy due to my father coming home angry and annoyed from work and expressing himself so that us boys, I'm the eldest, *(protected), his sons, his children, (serotonin goodness), could hear and see him this way for this reason, affecting Me by making me feel internally agitated and then wanting to pitch in and help sort it but not realising real hearing opportunity and offering some help of understanding. (Yes, Circadian rhythm.)(Minding and alleviating mania)(Important Healthy personally relevant Socialisation ie Considering our condition due to affects) By Lord Thankyou for going to this trouble to researching and finding helpful points and subject areas to speak of to help us with this Seasonal affective (mood) disorder phenomenon and syndrome.

    I've been extremely sensitive since childhood, my friends always describe me as the most caring friend they've had, I have so much empathy my heart physically hurts sometimes when I see something sad or unfair. Being an HSP is amazing because I am very sensitive to music and any beautiful creation of God I see... However, its ugly side is the anxiety, you feel stress more intensely than others and so you can become literally ill with anxiety... and then you have a journey ahead of you to heal... those are the pros and cons, not to sound negative (I'm trying to be positive every day) but the cons sometimes overshadow the pros, especially when you have GAD

    @anidadron is SPOT ON, depression in seniors is terrible, I’ve seen it. It’s awful. I think videos for seniors about depression, loneliness, lack of social activities, reluctance to use services. I just lost my best friend, she was 88. She spent her last years depressed and confused. It was heartbreaking.

    I just spent 5 min shake-dancing. I had my eyes squeezed shut and the anger started coming up! I started stomping the floor like a pissed off tap dancer and ended up grabbing the arm of our recliner to keep from falling over while stomping on the floor next to it as if I'm going to bust through the floorboards!!! THIS HELPED!!!! I'm now breathing slowly and the insane tension in my neck has let go of it's deathly grip. Now to go meditate.... Thank you for this video 🥹 My emotions always seem to get "stuck" (because growing up, emotions were BAD, and not allowed) and I sit in this simmering stuck-ness for DAYS!!! No. More. I love myself TOO MUCH to keep doing this!!!!

    I have really strong emetophobia, of course I can take the small steps by looking at videos but I’m unsure how to face the fear daily… I think that’s quite unhealthy as well isn’t it? Plus I can’t really control how nauseous I get, to take „little steps“, are there any tips? But thank you very much for the video :)

    I am so anxious and fearful to have a second child. I am traumatized and just as soon as thoughts of a pregnancy hit me I go into fight and flight. It has been 7 years and I still constantly fear how my life would be changed by a second child. I'm stuck in a limbo. I cant move forward or grow my family. What if the second child is severly disabled, what if he/she will diminish resources and take away attention and money etc from the 1st child,what if the first child does not adapt and cant sleep at night because of the constant night crying of a baby?I am so scared full of fear and having actual panick attacks now I was in emergency room thinking it is heart attacks

    I have had 2 major panic attacks in my life. After my second one, I made a goal to meditate for at least 5 minutes every week. It’s been over 7 years since I had my last one and now I meditate for at least 5 minutes almost every day.

    Some people's agoraphobia is reality-based though. For example, people from minority groups for whom it ISN'T safe outside. Some have been repeatedly traumatised over years by being attacked or bullied. They might have been actually harmed. Is this just not agoraphobia though? I'd love it if you were to address this in a video.

    Definitely use distortions as a way to avoid doing work. I'm in a 12 step recovery program which has been great but I realized that it's not a cure all and I'd like to get back into therapy! Your video's are great!! ♥️

    How do you not hurt your family (mom, dad, sister) by setting boundaries? They yell at me and make me feel like I am shallow and selfish. If your family thinks of fighting or expressing your discomfort as something that is ruining a good moment, it's a nice day.. how do I even express myself? Sometimes, family calls and tells me that not advocating to a sibling who uses me like a trash can makes me extremely selfish and bad elder sister who can make a change. Sometimes, making parents happy is my obligation from birth is told to me, which I do try, but as soon as I express myself, I am told I am being awful and if they cry I am the worst person ever. I find it difficult to set boundaries and, at the same time, accept that everyone in the room thinks i am shallow, not good enough to make changes, less accommodating, and selfish . It's so difficult when it's your family

    I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.
